This is an exciting development comprising of the refurbishment of the grade II listed Aylesbury House into 5 townhouses and an additional 12 new build properties. Located in the stunning parish of Lapworth, this development looks set to to be incredibly special.

Stuart Frazer for Developers kitchens were chosen to achieve the required selling price and the overall high-end look and specification of the properties. The development marks the fourth project for Stuart Frazer for Developers with Cameron Homes and the relationship continues to flourish with Cameron turning to Stuart Frazer for Developers for their ‘full service’ offer and project management capabilities.
The kitchens installed span two sides of the kitchen area and incorporate hidden utility areas behind unique pocket doors.

The opening was a great success with properties selling on the day and many being reserved.
