Summer Social
We were delighted to welcome friends old and new to enjoy a fabulous evening at Stuart Frazer’s Summer Social, held at our Manchester Prestwich showroom.
A lovely summer’s evening meant guests enjoyed alfresco drinks and artisan pizzas outside whilst also enjoying a Mediterranean cooking demonstration from Gaggenau in the showroom.
With drinks from award winning company Copa Fizz, served from their vintage Prosecco truck, guests enjoyed a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic gin and tonics, all with gins from local distilleries together with a range of cocktails, prosecco, larger and beers.
Pizzas were made to order from artisan company Simply Wood Fired Pizza, in their wood fired pizza oven and included The G.O.A.T, a combination of tomato, mozzarella, spinach, red onion, goats cheese, caramelised onion chutney, garlic oil, oregano and black pepper and the ‘Firebreather’ which included Tomato, Mozzarella, Chorizo, Nduja sausage, roasted red peppers, fresh green chillies, buffalo mozzarella, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper.
Guests were also treated to a wonderful cooking demonstration with lots of hints and tips from Gaggenau’s Home Economist Sharon Dodsworth.
Sharon cooked a full Mediterranean menu which included Spiced Lamb Flatbreds, Griddled Haloumi Veggie Wraps and a Bulgar Wheat Salad. For dessert, Sharon demonstrated a stunning Strawberry and Mango Roulade and a Vegan Lemon Polenta Cake.
All the dishes were made with Gaggenau appliances, with Sharon showing guests how to get the very best from these incredible appliances by using the unique steam functions, warming drawers and other unique elements of the appliances.
Gaggenau leads the way in the luxury appliance market and has enjoyed a close relationship with Stuart Frazer for many years.

The range of dishes Sharon created went down really well with many guests saying they’d learnt a lot from Sharon and really enjoyed the food she created on the night.â€
Stuart Frazer’s Managing Director Mark Harrison said the evening was a huge success, “it was great to get customers, colleagues and friends together to enjoy some great food and drink. Over the years Stuart Frazer has become well known for it’s fantastic parties and events and the Summer Social was right up there with one of the very best we’ve done.â€

The Summer Social was an opportunity to engage with both retail customers but also Stuart Frazer’s wide contracts base in the North West. The night enabled developers, architects and contractors to come together and celebrate too.
