A Sleek SLX Kitchen
for a contemporary home
When a couple from the Fylde coast wanted their dream kitchen there was only one designer and kitchen company they turned to: Maxine Hutchinson at Stuart Frazer.
Located on a stunning lake, with floor to ceiling windows, the couple wanted to reconfigure their space and create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The couple didn’t go to any other kitchen companies: They knew Maxine’s design credentials and that Stuart Frazer and SieMatic were the very best. There was no brief, they trusted her to create their dream kitchen and she did exactly that, removing a wall, opening up the space and designing a sleek yet practical kitchen.
Maxine sourced the builder and other tradesmen to undertake the building work and project managed the entire project from start to finish.
Utilising SieMatic’s iconic SLX, with built in LED lighting in the island and tall units, the space was transformed with a long island that features open shelving and provides breakfast bar dining and more formal dining at the other end in the form of Koinor bench seating. Wanting the very best throughout, the couple chose Gaggenau appliances for their aesthetic properties.

Two separate TV areas were created to provide the perfect family space and Maxine also created a feature fire wall in the living area and a separate walk-in bespoke pantry opposite the kitchen.

The end result is a striking contemporary space that has the ‘Wow’ factor. The couple are so delighted with Maxine and Stuart Frazer that they’ve asked her to design a kitchen for another project.
