Austin Watson, the renowned family building firm, was established over 35 years ago. When it came to the kitchens for their Chain House Lane development in Preston, they called on the team at Stuart Frazer to design and install the very best, high specification kitchens.

“The Executive Detached family homes needed to command the very highest price point so high-end quality kitchens were essential for these five bedroomed, detached properties.

Working with large open plan spaces with bi-folding doors, the large kitchens are design-led and enhance the downstairs spaces, giving them the “wow” factor.
