Stuart Frazer was delighted to work with Create Homes again on Chapel Mill, a stunning development of seven beautiful house types in the award-winning village of Elswick, Wyre, Lancashire.
The development marked the fourth development that Stuart Frazer has worked with Create Homes on.
The portfolio of homes at Chapel Mill, all close to stunning green open space at the front of the development, falls under Create’s premium brand, “the Create Homes—Prestige Collection,” where quality, location, design, and space combine to create the perfect place to live.
The development required high-end luxury kitchens and Stuart Frazer delivered with a range of stunning kitchens. As with other developments, Stuart Frazer gave all purchasers the option to choose their kitchen colours and specification and enabled various upgrade options which 80% of purchasers choosing to upgrade.
The ability to go in to Stuart Frazer showrooms and pick from physical samples was a major selling point for Create and one of the main reasons for choosing this development was the fact that Stuart Frazer kitchens came as standard.
The Create app that allows buyers to customise their kitchens prior to purchase was once again utilised to great success on this project.
