Create Homes main objective is to create beautifully built family homes in desirable locations throughout the North West.

When it came to their St Petersfield development which consists of 55 houses in Inskip, a rural location a few miles from Preston, they chose SieMatic for Developers to install designer SieMatic kitchens as their Managing Director, Gill Mathsion, has a SieMatic kitchen in her own house and believes it is right to have this level of kitchen in all the homes she builds.

All the homes have expertly designed kitchens and the Stuart Frazer team advised on all the colours, finishes and appliances for the different properties which range from five bedroom detached and semi-detached houses to four and three bedroom detached and semi detached houses.
