Renaker has worked with renowned architect, Simpson Haugh, to design one of the UK’s most iconic, high-end residential developments.

Deansgate Square is a ground-breaking development bringing a new level of style and sophistication to the heart of Manchester. It is the single most high-profile residential-led development the city has seen.

Four iconic glazed towers rise as high as 65 storeys into the Manchester skyline, providing 1508 luxury apartments and exclusive penthouses. The scheme incorporates high-end residents’ facilities, including a 20m swimming pool, indoor tennis court, 1,900 sq ft gymnasium, and resident’s lounges and relaxation areas. There is also a ‘Residents Only’ rooftop garden with a private bar and catering facilities.

Stuart Frazer was approached by Renaker to provide the kitchens for the penthouse apartments. Retailing for over 2 million pounds each, the kitchens for these incredible spaces needed to be of the very highest specification and quality. A desirable, luxury brand was essential and with Stuart Frazer Siematic kitchens being synonymous with luxury and style, they were the perfect fit for these prestigious penthouses.
