Edgefold Homes operates as a totally independent trading entity under the ownership of the Seddon family and Seddon Homes.

From the outset the design aesthetic was carefully considered, with a high specification being important throughout. Top of the range kitchens were required to make the most of these large open plan spaces and to command the right price point to attract buyers.

Three slightly different colour palates were chosen for each house and carefully selected appliances complemented each SieMatic kitchen.
