Situated in an exclusive location on the former Swan Hotel site at Mere, on the edge of Knutsford, Swansmere is a stunning collection of 17 luxury family homes—including 14 detached properties and three mews houses—all named after British waterfowl.
Swansmere offers the perfect blend of luxurious rural living and the convenience of being close to the sought-after amenities and attractions of the local area.
To complement this high-end proposition, PH Homes turned to Stuart Frazer for SieMatic kitchens—recognising their ability to deliver premium design, seamless project management, and consistently high standards. The brief focused on maximising the sense of space in these open-plan homes. Sleek, handleless SieMatic kitchens were selected for their strong horizontal and vertical lines, perfectly aligning with the contemporary architecture of the development. Gloss cabinetry was paired with polished quartz worktops, LED feature lighting, and high-end appliances to create a luxurious yet functional living space.
