Mulbury City is Mulbury’s specialist City division that specialises in urban regeneration, mixed-used and luxury apartment schemes.

Â They chose Stuart Frazer to provide the kitchens for the stunning Excelsior Works where the site of the former Excelsior book binding works was transformed into 108 high-quality apartments next to the Bridgewater Canal.

Designed by Tim Groom Architects, with interiors by YOUTH Studio and constructed by GMI construction, the development features one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

High end, luxury, design-led kitchens were a must and Mulbury turned to Stuart Frazer for Siematic kitchens to ensure the apartments had the very best kitchens. Wanting to achieve a high-end look and demand a certain price point, the correct kitchens were key and an experienced team to deliver them was just as important.
