Cook’s Perfect Kitchen
When Louise and Scott built their second home, a Stuart Frazer kitchen was at the top of their wishlist. Louise had seen many Stuart Frazer kitchens in lifestyle magazines and in the showroom window over the years, and she’d set her heart on one.

The couple bought a plot of land near Great Eccleston and set about designing their dream home. The plans included a large area for a kitchen, so Louise approached Stuart Frazer, who helped turned it into the perfect space. “Initially the room was just a shell and I was nervous about how to fill it because the space was quite large. The help we had was amazing, and I liked the fact that Sarah Newton from Stuart Frazer created a clear divide between the dining and kitchen areas with two islands.â€

Louise was determined to have something that looked stunning, but was also a real cook’s kitchen with top of the range appliances. They’d already agreed a design when Louise fell in love with a Gaggenau appliances display at the Preston showroom. She asked for this to be included in her kitchen at the last minute and was amazed how accommodating Stuart Frazer was.
Stuart Frazer created a changing lighting scheme under the benches in the kitchen to match a water feature visible from the window, which the family love. It was this attention to the unique details in their home that they were so happy with. Louise also liked the fact that the showroom offered so many ideas for other aspects of the décor, such as the feature wall, which appears to be tiled but is in fact wallpaper.

The family love their new kitchen and rarely venture out of it. “My little boy loves whizzing around the kitchen on his scooter. The two islands make an ideal circuit for him! It really is the perfect family kitchen and has become the heart of our home.†Louise has dealt with many tradespeople but was particularly impressed with the Stuart Frazer team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
