They had always planned to renovate it, and started shopping around for a new one last year. Says Mr Carr, “I looked at a few showrooms, and had planned to visit several more, but when I walked in to Stuart Frazer’s showroom in Prestwich I stopped looking. I was simply gobsmacked by how fabulous the kitchens were. They really were a cut above anything else we’d seen.”

 

Mr Carr wanted a kitchen that is beautiful, functional and makes the most of the stunning garden, with a contemporary sliding door leading into it from the kitchen. As he explains, “We wanted to create a seamless transition between the kitchen and the garden outside, and Stuart Frazer really helped turn our ideas into reality. They were great at guiding me – especially on colour. I was against a purely white kitchen but they explained how it would work and I’m blown away with how it looks now it’s finished.”
