Kitchen dreams can come true
When Mr and Mrs Marsh bought their house in Harpenden, near London, a new kitchen was top of their wish list. They visited several kitchen showrooms down south but nothing stood out. The couple then looked to several well-known national interiors magazines for inspiration and ideas. Little did they know that one kitchen would stand out and tick every box.
“I saw a Stuart Frazer kitchen in a magazine and fell in love with it – it was my dream kitchen,â€Â says Mrs Marsh. The kitchen was just what she wanted, and she contacted Sarah Newton, the designer behind the kitchen in the magazine.
Mrs Marsh recalls how she was initially worried that Stuart Frazer would be too far away to design and install her kitchen.
“I thought it would be a ‘no you’re too far away’,â€Â explained Mrs Marsh, “but I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I called they said they do installations throughout the UK and even abroad.â€Â

She soon tasked the team with recreating the exact kitchen she’d seen in the magazine. Not content with just doing that, they submitted several designs: one based on the kitchen in the magazine and then two others that were variations but, in their opinion, better suited to the Marsh’s space and needs.
Despite being adamant that she wanted the same kitchen as in the magazine, Mrs Marsh chose one of the alternative designs. Mrs Marsh was extremely impressed with the friendly approach and service she received.

“Nothing was too much bother. Sarah was so meticulous, accommodating and really on the ball. The fitters were fantastic too.â€Â

The couple spend nearly all their time in the new kitchen, whether it is with their young children or entertaining friends, and are delighted with their ‘dream’ kitchen.
