for Barn Kitchens
For a developers latest exclusive development project in Cheshire, there was only one solution when it came to designing kitchens, and that was a SieMatic kitchen from Stuart Frazer SieMatic for Developers.
An independent property developer based in the northwest, specialising in sustainable, unique and modern homes, has a long relationship with Stuart Frazer dating back to 2011 and multiple contracts including developments in Wilmslow, Crowthorne and Walmersley.
Stuart Frazer SieMatic for Developers was tasked with designing beautiful, cutting-edge kitchens for eight exclusive barn conversions in Henbury, Cheshire. The barns feature impressive, reclaimed Cheshire brickwork and wonderful internal specifications, set in a landscaped courtyard development, surrounded by countryside.
The challenge in this project lay with working around existing architectural details. Stuart Frazer – SieMatic for Developers had to design around current door and window positioning to create an enhanced, open-plan living/dining/kitchen space without altering the internal layout of the building.
The SieMatic S3 range was chosen as the perfect solution for the bar and kitchens. All kitchen finishes are in matt laminate with 38mm Corian worktops paired with Neff appliances. Each design incorporated a breakfast/dining area for two to three people. In larger plots, flush-fitted ceiling extractors were installed for an ultra high-spec finish.
Spacious, open-plan designs for each unit take full advantage of the surrounding countryside views, a unique selling point for these properties. The SieMatic S3 range underscored the high quality of the development creating desirable, contemporary, open-plan living spaces that complement the style of these luxury units.
