Stuart Frazer worked with Lendlease on Manchester New Square development, bringing a new dimension to city living, unique, innovative and incomparable to anything the city has ever seen before. Their aim was to create apartments of the very highest specification so they approached Stuart Frazer for Developers to provide the very best kitchens in the form of ‘Pure’ Siematic kitchens.
The project was a large one: the development has 351 luxury canal side apartments. Knowing Stuart Frazer’s history, reputation and exceptional Project Management skills they knew they could deliver a project of this size on time, within budget and work with well with their own team.
High-end design led kitchens have formed the heart of the apartments and with Corian worktops, Blanco sinks and Bosch integrated appliances, the overall look and feel is high-end.
The end result is stunning apartments in a now prestigious, renowned development.
