Stuart Frazer Reopens
Stuart Frazer has reopened following closure due to Coronavirus.

To ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have employed the very latest and vigorous sanitising processes for our showrooms: bio fogging – a hospital grade procedure undertaken by specialists. View our video which shows the process and scroll down for more information.

As customer and staff safety is paramount, we advise calling your chosen showroom ahead of your visit to ensure availability and reduce waiting time. This is because we are only allowing one family into each showroom at a time.
We are following the Public Health safety guidelines carefully and are implementing the following:

- Regular deep cleans in all the showrooms and offices.
- Handwashing procedures for all staff and visitors.
- Social distancing for all staff and visitors.
- Relevant PPE equipment as required.

All our showrooms are incredibly spacious enabling social distancing.

Meeting areas have always been in separate areas and the layout of furniture in these areas and their large open nature means social distancing between staff members and customers is easily achievable.

Our office staff are also working in a safe way in our offices.

For customers who do not wish to visit the showroom, we continue to offer an online service or one-to-one meetings at your home (maintaining social distancing).

Our fitters are practicing social distancing now whilst completing various installations and can install in homes, maintaining social distancing. Please call us for further information or to talk about how this would be possible in your home.

Biofogging Infection Control Services
Â
We have employed a specialist company who use an NHS approved product to sanitise the showrooms. It has a log kill of 6 which is the highest log kill (99.9999% effective against fungi, bacteria and viruses). By dispersing a fine mist (a method known as fogging) with correctly diluted chemicals in the air at 5-10 microns in size we are able to quickly to kill bacteria, fungi and viruses. The product continues to work after it has been applied.
The product kills SARS-COV2 which is the strain of coronavirus that causes COVID 19. It is non-hazardous and biodegradable and health and safety compliant – RAMS/COSHH/MSDS.
